All visits are thirty (30) minutes, except overnight visits which are continuous from approx. 9:00pm through approx 7:00am the next day. In some cases, multiple pet households may require more time.
All “Visits” include complimentary mail & newspaper pick-up, trash to curb, watering indoor plants. (Mid-day walks excluded). Animal waste removed on all visits. All pet waste must be removed by client prior to the start of any service.
All “Visits” are priced for up to two (2) pets. An additional charge of $5.00 per additional pet will added for more than 2 pets. Pets include dogs, cats, rabbits, & birds.
All arrival times are approximate and are subject to vary due to scheduling, inclement weather, traffic, etc.
Please Note: ALL payments are due in FULL prior to departure. Only checks & credit cards accepted. For services that are two weeks or longer, or for holiday reservations, a deposit may be required. Pet Sitters may accept cash as gratuity only. Gratuities are always appreciated but are not required and shall be left to the Client’s discretion. Any cash gratuities must be placed in an envelope and clearly labeled “While You R Away”.
