Weekly Mid Day Walks cancellations MUST be made 24 hours ahead to avoid full charge. Vacation Cancellations MUST be made 72 hours prior to you scheduled departure or a 25% fee of the entire services order will be charged. Holiday Cancellation MUST me made 3 weeks prior to your scheduled departure or a 25% fee of the entire service order will be charged. Once we have made a reservation we do not book any other clients for that time frame. As a result we cannot re-book our staff.

Included Holidays: New Years Eve, New Year's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4^thandThanksgiving Day. Charge are a one time on each major holiday and is in addition to the visit charge.

Early Return Policy: Once you have made your reservation, our time and staff has been scheduled and we cannot recover that time with a new service reservation. We offer no refunds or credits for early returns.

 All visits are priced for ( 1 ) pet. An additional charge of $5.00 per extra pet will be added.

Pets include Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Birds, Fish, Small caged animals.

All "Visits" Include: Complimentary mail & newspaper pick-up, trash to curb, watering a few indoor plants & animal waste disposal. An additional charge will be added if waste is allowed to accumulate between visits. All arrival times are approximate and are subject to vary due to scheduling, inclimate weather, traffic, etc.

Please Note:  All payments are due in full prior to your departure. Please note a $25.00 fee will be added if payment is not made by the first day of service.  Only Checks & Credit/Debit Cards accepted. Gratuities are always appreciated but are not required and shall be left to the Client's discretion. Major Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit to assure your dates requested.

                        All service reservations must be confirmed by telephone 24 hours prior to departure.
